Car
If you’re planning to travel to the Birmingham CSCS Test Centre by car, the test centre is located next to the Law Court areas with the entrance found opposite Londonderry House off Dale End.
Parking
There is parking in the NCP multi-storey on Dale End High Street at a cost of £3.00 for 2 hours which is a 1 minute walk away. A second NCP multi-storey on Dalton Street costs £8.00 for 2 hours and is 3 minutes walk away (0.2 miles). For up to date information about parking, click here.
Bus
There are several bus lines that stop near Dale End. These are: 14, 33, X51, 907, 937A, and X518. The nearest bus stops are on Upper Corporation Street, Old Square, and Prior Queensway Colmore Circus, all of which are a 2-4 minute walk from the test centre.
Train
The nearest railway station to the centre is Birmingham Snow Hill Train Station which is approximately 8 minutes’ walk away (0.4 miles).
Other Information
The test centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. There is full disabled access available. The disabled entrance can be accessed through the Mclaren Building where there is an entrance bell and staff who can arrange access to the test centre. If approaching the main entrance to the Pearson Vue building, turn right as you approach the front door and head towards the bridge. There is a ramp on the left before you go under the bridge leading to the McLaren Building. The test centre has no waiting facilities for people accompanying candidates.
