York CSCS Test Centre Directions
Car
If you’re planning to travel to the York CSCS Test Centre by car, the test centre is located on the Poppleton Road (A59) as you head out of York in the Holgate Business Park. Continue on Poppleton Road and turn right on to Holgate Park Drive once you reach the traffic lights flanked by the CPP building on the right. The entrance is found in the Station Business Park.
Parking
There are no parking facilities at the York CSCS Test Centre although there is on street parking in the area. The nearest car park is on Blossom Street which cost £2.50 for 2 hours and is a 25 minute walk away (0.8 miles). Bus
There are several bus lines that stop near Holgate Park Drive. These are: 5, 22, 24, and 59. The nearest bus stop is on Holgate Park, which is a 1-2 minute walk from the test centre.
Train
The nearest train station to the test centre is York Train Station on Station Road which is a 21 minute walk away (1.1 miles). The 5/5A bus can be taken form the train station to the Holgate Street stop near the test centre.
Other Information
The test centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. There is disabled access available via the main door to the unit and it is flat and level from the footpath.
