Car
If you’re planning to travel to the Plymouth CSCS Test Centre by car, the test centre is found off the B3240 on Princess Street. Follow signs towards The Merchant House Museum and the Theatre Royal Plymouth. With the Civic Centre on your right and Crown Court on your left you will see Princess Court in front.
Parking
There is no on-site parking at the Plymouth CSCS Test Centre but parking is available at the Civic Centre on Princess Street itself at a cost of £2.60 for 2 hours. This is a 3 minute walk away (0.2 miles). There is also parking at the Theatre Royal multi-storey car park which is a 4 minute walk away (0.3 miles) and costs £2.60 for 2 hours. Bus
There are several bus lines that stop near Princess Street. These are: X11, 12, 13, 34, 36, 43 OrangeFlash, and 81. The nearest bus stops are on Althenaeum Place, Derry’s the Cross Stops, and the Royal Parade, all of which are a 2-4 minute walk from the test centre.
Train
The nearest railway station to the test centre is Plymouth Train Station on North Road which is approximately 13 minutes’ walk away (0.7 miles).
Other Information
The test centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. There is disabled access available at the centre but access for wheelchair users is from the entrance on Notte Street.
